WELFARE ACCOMMODATION
In today’s market place with its emphasis on Health and
Safety it’s becoming increasingly important to supply
quality accommodation for the workforce as well as the
office staff. Our modular system has the design flexibility
to provide all the necessary functions required in this more
stringent environment. Typically the welfare set up provides
an open plan canteen with separate smoking area. Kitchen
facilities provided generally consist of the electrical
specification, drawn up in conjunction with your caterer,
kitchen units, a serving counter with roller shutter and a
store room.
In larger buildings catering for larger numbers of staff the
toilet facilities will provide stainless steel fittings with
hot water via a central boiler. Our modular system is widely
